Chocolate Chip CheeseCake Cookies

3/4 Brown sugar
8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Large Egg
2 1/4 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon course salt
2 cups mini choc chips
Cream the butter & add sugars. Add Cream Cheese and mix until lumps are gone. Add vanilla & egg.
Mix dry ingridents in a separate bowl. Slowly pour the dry ingredients. Do not over mix. With spatual - Fold in Chocolate Chips.
Use 1" scoop and make cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes..
